Get the knowledge and practical skills that you need to succeed as a professional dog groomer with the Hollywood Dog Groomer Academy. Complete your training with the guidance of our certified master groomer, Frank Horvath and gain hands-on experience working with our favourite furry friends. Upon completion of this course, you will graduate with a certificate of completion and begin a rewarding career as a professional dog groomer.
Get one-to-one training on everything from dog grooming fundamentals like bathing, brushing and drying to specialised breed cuts and finishing touches. You’ll also learn to safely and expertly groom dogs from start to finish.

It’s important as dog owners, that we take care of our furry friends in between their regular trips to the groomers. This is why we have designed a special course to give you the practical tips and knowledge needed to care for your dog properly. We will come to your house and conduct the training in our specialised grooming van so that you don’t have to worry about travelling. For the practical training, we will require your dog to be the model leaving them looking fresh and clean by the end of the course! The course is broken down as follows: 25-30% theory and 70 -75% practical.

Following 11 years as a police dog handler, we have now poured all of our knowledge and experience into Hollywood Dogs, in order to be able to guarantee a good quality service for all our future clients.
