Name : Shadow
Favourite Treatment: Shadow just loves to bath in our special bath. Afterward she likes to be massaged before it is time to go home.
Overall Improvements: Shadow was quite nervous when she visited HollywoodDog at first but the nerves quickly disappeared and now she really enjoys her visits to us. This year will be Shadow’s fourth year coming to our mobile facility and you can really see the improvements. We identified that oat milk shampoo was the best solution to wash her with. Now her coat has a beautiful shine and most importantly it’s healthy.
Health issue: After Shadows first groom, we noticed that there was still a strong odour. We advised that Shadow’s owner bring her to the vet where she was then prescribed a special diet. She had a urinary disorder which can cause substantial lesions on the skin. Thankfully, the problem was resolved after a couple of months and now Shadow is a very happy, healthy and sniff-able dog.
